Hoover H3044 user review dy K. Morten
Among all the range of housework many women hate mostly the floor mopping. It is a hard and time-consuming job, which is never bringing you to the desired result and moreover is very often interrupted by kids trying to kill themselves slipping on wet floor or pets leaving their dirty footprints exactly where you just had washed. But there is a reliable and hard-working tool created to solve this issue once and forever with a little investment. Hoover h3044 FloorMate SpinScrub cleaner is a perfect way to keep your hard floors clean with very low physical effort. This appliance will vacuum, wash and dry your floors getting rid of stains, scrubbing tile grouts and even picking up occasionally spilled liquids.

Leaving in the area with very humid and cold climate where it often rains and snows in winter I have been always struggling hard to keep the floors in our house clean. We have no carpets only hard floors and tile, except for several through rugs which I placed in the hall and corridor trying to minimize the quantity of dirt being brought from outside. Can’t say it helps a lot, as kids do not always care to spend enough time wiping off the dirt from their shoes before entering the house. Besides they very often spill something on the floor (juices and other sweet drinks) that creates sticky stains. Therefore I have to vacuum and wash floors every second. And I hate it. It takes too much time, plus the tile floors in kitchen require some scrubbing before they can be washed and I am never happy with the result. Moreover, kids simply love when I wash the floors: the younger ones tries to get her hands into the bucket with water while the older is wishing to assist me and uses every chance to steal the mop. So one day I decided to buy an appliance that will be doing the cleaning and drying job and will save me from mop and bucket. Hoover h3044 seemed to be the right choice as didn’t coast loads of bucks and had good ratings. When it arrived I managed to assemble it on my own, read carefully the manual and tested it straightaway. The negative point mentioned in many reviews – level of noise – became a positive for me as kids immediately vanished to their room as soon as I switched it on. So I could give Hoover a good test. As I vacuum often there was not much job left for Hoover to pick up but still I tried it as a dry vac. It sucked all the dust and dirt that was on the floor and I switched to washing, as this was the most interesting. Hoover was working hard as Cinderella – I almost could hear how it scrubs the kitchen tile and grouts. I used the recommendation I cam over in one of the reviews. Left the floors wet for a while and then went over them with the brushing mode on. It worked great and all the dried dirt had been removed. The water was really dirty so I changed it and repeated the cleaning once more. Then I tried the water pick up option and was happy with it, as floors were completely dry already in a few minutes. The best of all in Hoover is that the dirty water is collected in a separate tank thus avoiding using it again on the floor. Cleaning solution supplied with the Hoover was good and smelled nicely. And it was nice to learn that almost any other can suit, too. The attachments are wide so with one move I clean rather big space – that also saves some time. The machine is not heavy is easy to push and move. And when kids spill something on the floor it takes a few seconds to take it out, switch on and pick up the liquid. All the needed buttons and selectors are on the handle that can be folded for storing. Both attachments are great on our floors and tile and I can’t think of anything better. My kids are still scared of Hoover and run to their room when I only take it out of the closet so no body is interrupting me when I fill and empty the tanks – a rather delicate process by the way. By all means I like Hoover’s h3044 performance a lot as without any doubts its’ quality and speed of cleaning is times better then with a mop.
